My name is Fang. When I started with Hatha Yoga in 2006, I was stiff: while doing the shoulder stand, I could not lift the buttocks and the sun salutation hurt.
Although all the years, directed from longing for the truth, I have put my attention more on my inner development, due to continuously mindful practice of Hatha Yoga – always paying attention to my own limit and without ambition to perfection – I was able to come more deeply into the positions and make today still progress. Skin problem, sleep disorder and cold feet etc. disappeared and I have healed my deep-seated knee pain with cupping – a natural healing method of traditional Chinese medicine – and yoga by myself.
To share my self-healing experience and to study the secret of wellness with you together, that’s why I now also become the owner of the Svati’s wellness studio beside Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Business Administration (FH), Interpreter, Chinese teacher, Columnist for a Chinese newspaper, bank employee and certified yoga teacher (YV) etc.
